Community Codes and Regulations:
- Clubhouse: The clubhouse is located at 147 Duck Landing Lane. Please call 261-8177 for hours, as they are subject to change. Facilities include a workout room, pool tables, indoor pool, and outdoor tennis courts. They are for owner & guest use only. Please be sure to sign in, and adhere to all posted rules.
- Pool: As there are no lifeguards on duty at the pool, swimming is always at your own risk. Glass bottles and pets are not allowed in the pool area. Please be sure to follow all posted rules.
- Beach: Enjoy your time at the beach, but remember that rip tides & undercurrents can be extremely dangerous beneath the ocean surface, even when the water appears calm. Please observe warning flags at the beach. No swimming is allowed when the red warning flags are flying. While on the beach, please do not walk on or disturb the sand dunes, as they help to preserve our delicate ecosystem. Please be sure to remove all items from the beach, including tents, umbrellas, and chairs each night, and help keep our beaches clean by picking up and disposing of your trash properly. Items left on the beach overnight may be discarded without warning. Also, please do note leave personal belongings on the beach walkway.
- Pets: Per Town of Duck ordinance, dogs may play unleashed on the town’s beaches year round, although they should be under the watchful eye and control of a guardian. As a courtesy, remember to clean up after your pet and do not bury pet waste in the sand or throw it in the ocean.
- Parking: Parking is permitted only on the paved parking area of each home. Parking on the streets is not allowed. No boat, boat trailer, other trailer, camper, recreational vehicle, utility vehicle or truck may be parked overnight unless it can be enclosed within a carport or garage. Parking passes are required to park in the community parking lot.
- Campers, travel trailers, trucks, self-propelled mobile homes, and other vehicles of that nature, may not at any time be used as a temporary or permanent residence.
- Please adhere to the 15 mph speed limit regulation, and be mindful of pedestrians.
