There are so many reasons to plan your next holiday getaway on the Outer Banks!

Spend Easter at the Beach

Easter weekend on the Outer Banks offers a great mix of festive holiday activities and opportunities to enjoy the beach and the OBX towns without the crowds. While the ocean temperatures are still a bit chilly for swimming, the weather in April is typically mild and pleasant, with daytime highs in the 60’s and 70’s. April is a great time for long beach walks, golf, and sightseeing. There are also a wide array of activities and events happening over the Easter holiday:

  • Fly Into Spring Kite Festival, where vibrant kites adorn the skies over Jockey’s Ridge State Park
  • Easter Eggstravaganza in Kitty Hawk, featuring egg hunts and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny will create core memories with your little ones.
  • Eastertide in the Gardens on the Saturday before Easter provides a serene setting for family-friendly games and live music.

These events, coupled with the natural beauty of the Outer Banks, will make for a memorable Easter experience for everyone!
