A native of eastern North Carolina and an East Carolina University graduate, Terry began his career in the vacation rental industry in 2012. He joined Blue in 2017 and now leads the Quality Control department, ensuring top-notch standards across our properties. He's the go-to for resolving guest issues and stands out as a mediator in discussions on property conditions. 

Terry has two daughters, one in middle school and one in elementary school. He is a member of the Dare County Planning Board and a 32 degree Freemason. He prefers cheerful and friendly phone calls, but on the off-chance you're having an issue, he can help.
