Dave grew up in Stamford, CT, before attending NC State University for undergraduate studies. In the years following, several relocations throughout the Southeast brought the experience of living in three states and seven cities, where Dave gained diverse leadership experience across multiple industries. He is passionate about enhancing the interplay between people, processes, and systems to strengthen owner relationships and elevate the guest experience.

Since 2016, Dave has been fortunate to call the Outer Banks home, where he lives with his wife and children. He is a licensed real estate agent in both North Carolina and Virginia. Outside of work, you can typically find Dave on the golf course (always happy to take an owner out for a round), playing pickleball, or spending quality time with his family and their rescue dogs.
