After years of freelance creative work and various positions as an adventure guide in North Carolina and Florida, Clayton began his career at Blue in 2021 as a video and production specialist. After assuming the responsibilities of email marketing, photography and editing, social media management, and direct mail design, Clayton accepted the position of department manager in 2023.
