Bring your family to this charming duplex for a fantastic oceanfront experience. Rent both Seas The Day (North Unit) and The Bluffs (South Unit) to share the duplex with friends and family! Located directly on the beach, you can spend the entire day by the sea with easy access to the house for breaks, treats, and drinks. Relax in the hot tub on the protected patio area under the house, perfect for all-weather enjoyment. Seas The Day is ideal for active families who love fun in the sun, featuring cozy and inviting décor and ocean views from the great room and front deck all day and night! The king master bedroom also has a private deck offering ocean views, a peaceful spot for your morning coffee, or a place to watch the family on the beach.

You are just a few minutes from the Bodie Island Lighthouse, and the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, all to the south. Take a drive north just a couple miles to reach local groceries, seafood, Jeanette’s Pier, restaurants, shopping, family activities, and the causeway to Historic Roanoke Island! Of course, we know what brings you here, and “The Bluffs North” duplex is right on the beach. You can’t get any closer without having to use a beach chair!

Our Favorite Rental Home
This was our first time booking with Outer Banks Blue and we were so pleased! Booking, entry, and checkout were very smooth. The house was clean (which has not been our experience with other rental companies). The location is perfect with gorgeous views of the ocean, while maintaining privacy on the deck, which is outfitted with nice outdoor furniture. We loved the small deck off the primary bedroom. The home layout is fantastic for families. The bedrooms are a great size (we rented a crib and had plenty of room for it), lots of bathroom space, and nice, open communal areas. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The home was stocked with all basic kitchen supplies - thank you for having a crockpot! Beach access was easy and the area under the house was so clean and convenient (our first oceanfront stay where we didn’t get covered in sand every time we went to our car). After many years of coming to Nags Head, we have finally found our yearly rental home and can’t wait to come back!

Stunning!
Our family enjoyed a Fourth of July vacation at The Bluffs North. We can't say enough good things about our experience! The Outer Banks Blue service and the house itself exceeded our highest expectations in every way. I spoke with several staff members during the booking process, all of whom were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The house was super clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully laid out--plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 dog. The upgrades make the house so modern and comfortable; the new mattresses are superb! The beach access is perfect, just over the dune and next to the lifeguard chair (for the kids). We had everything we needed for meals at home. The outdoor shower, garden hose beneath the house, and laundry were essential! The view from every level is priceless; we even glimpsed the Nags Head fireworks. The hot tub was clean and privately tucked beneath the house. We hardly noticed the next door neighbors at all; the house was very private, peaceful, and quiet. We also took advantage of the VayKLife beach gear credit, and we received the same excellent customer service and quality experience--too easy! Thanks for a great vacation!
