Fantastic
Livin The Dream OBX is the perfect place to stay! The location is great.. just a quick walk across the street to the beach, or a quick drive to gas station, fast food, restaraunts, and shopping. House had all the necessities I could think of. Pool and Hot Tub make it the perfect place. There are lots of games and puzzles as well. It was very clean and welcoming. We have stayed there every season and will continue to come back.

What an amazing place!
This is one of the best beach rental homes in which we've ever stayed! The location is fantastic: quiet, idyllic and private, yet within minutes of anything you want to do or see in the OBX area. Clean clean clean clean! Nicely decorated, warm and you can't help but feeling at home. The front deck is wonderful with a beach view and a the pool and hot tub are just down the stairs and very private. Then you add a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, every form of entertainment you could want - billiards table, games, books, cable/internet, and everything is in great order. We will definitely stay here anytime we are planning an OBX trip and we will recommend to everyone we know!

Great rental property!
We've been renting on the outer banks for over 25 years never staying in the same house twice. We LOVED Peace Place so much we might rent it again! The location was awesome in South Nags Head but very close to Nags Head so kids could ride bikes and walk to Fat Boyz ice cream, Jeanette's Pier, Cahoon's Market. House is located directly across from beach access and you can watch both sunrises and sunsets from the decks. Kitchen was very well appointed with all gadgets you could ever need. Rooms were spacious and we were very comfortable all week. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus to the awesome beach access. It was absolutely the perfect home for our extended family vacation!

This home is located around milepost 17.  The beach access is located just across the street at Holden St.
