Take it down a notch to the 3rd level king master bedroom that includes its own sunroom; again you have beautiful views of the ocean, dunes, and the Duck Research Pier. Down to the 2nd level, you have ocean views from the great room, kitchen, decks, hot tub, dining area, and screened porch. Privacy is supreme here where you and your loved ones can enjoy meals or games on the screened porch with unobstructed views of the Duck Research Pier!

“Let It Be” is perfect for families that love the beach and love each other! Acres of land owned by the Army Corp of Engineers adjacent to this property give you ample opportunity for sightings of local flora and fauna. Spend your days at the beach, relaxing in the hot tub, or exploring the shops and restaurants in the town of Duck! Location, views, amenities - great beach house!
We have stayed at this house several times over the last couple of years & love it! We have come with our extended family & family friends. The house is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It's obvious the owners take such care with the house; there are always new improvements & thoughtful additions that add to our vacation experience. Highlights: - large, open common areas for everyone to gather (large dining room table that easily fits over 12 people!), yet enough bedrooms & quiet space to get away if needed - love the den w/ TV & video games for the kids! - decks & ship's watch with endless views to capture both sunrises & sunsets - location, location, location - easy walk to an uncrowded beach; open space on one side of the house with ocean views; cul-de-sac for kids to ride bikes (provided by the house!), scooters - easy bike ride to Duck village - restaurant directly across the street from the neighborhood with great food & sunset views - hot tub on the deck, under the stars - community pool - comfortable beds. We are always sad to leave & can't wait to return!

Amazing beach rental!
Highly recommend this beach house located so close to the ocean with all the amenities — like being at home but better! We loved the expansive space, especially the huge master bedroom and sitting room with amazing ocean views. There was plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out and feel comfortable. Bedrooms were relaxing and everyone raved about the comfortable beds. We loved that we could choose to all be together in the large living room or find private places to hang out in several different sitting areas. The ships watch is a great place to take in sunrises and sunsets (with views of both the ocean and the sound) or even work remotely (there is a desk and small couch). The kitchen is well stocked, and we had everything we needed and more. The large dining table accommodated everyone and was a great place to play games while enjoying the views. Walking to the beach was easy and fast — a short path just seconds from the house. Being next to the undeveloped land of the research pier made for great views of the ocean and wonderful, uncrowded walks on the beach. The screened porch is a quiet and private place to relax, and the hot tub was a huge hit. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and the basketball hoop was fun too. Nearby Duck was great, with shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful boardwalk along the sound. The house was clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed. It was hard to leave! Great house in a great location!
We love staying at “Let it Be” in Duck. It’s a beautiful spacious house with views of the ocean and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed watching the meteor showers from the hot tub and playing games and eating at the beautiful handmade wooden table large enough for our extended family. We walked and rode bike in the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the community’s pool. As my 5 year old nephew enthusiastically stated, “This place has everything I need!” It was clean when we arrived and we had no issues with the property throughout the week.
