Only a 5 minute walk to the beach with neighborhood beach access or you may just enjoy your own private pool and hot tub for the day! Sidewalk access along NC12 is great for bike riding, walking, and running. Close to golf, groceries, shopping, and all Corolla activities. Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.


All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Great Family House!
We very much enjoyed our stay in Debo's Tiki Hut! The bedroom configuration was ideal for families. The kids really made use of the pool table downstairs and the extra refrigerator near the pool was a real plus. In the years we have been coming to the OBX, we have tried a number of houses and this had one of the best equipped kitchens with everything you might need. Table seating for ten and six barstools allowed us top all eat together. Lots of games, books, and movies in the house for guest use. Using the TV was a bit confusing and you will need your streaming passwords from home. Some written directions would have been helpful. We also had some grill issues which I am sure will be taken care of. The owners of this home have done much to be sure guests have a great stay and the price for the week was a good value!

We did address the BBQ grill issue that you brought to our attention, and yes, streaming services do require your own log on for specialty channels. We will work to improve the directions on how to operate the streaming devices. Thanks again for giving us your comments.
