“Double Dip Beach House” has a fantastic location in the family-oriented historic character area of Nags Head! It sits on Beach Road across the street from the ocean with very close public beach access to a gorgeous life guarded beach! Enjoy the ocean views from one of two large front decks with ample deck furniture on the top deck. This house also has two back decks with a large top deck overlooking the pool, fenced in back yard, and Jockey’s Ridge State Park. Enjoy the stunning sunset views from this top back deck or access the crow’s nest deck to see both the ocean view and sunset views over Jockey’s Ridge!
“Double Dip” offers three separate gathering areas, so there is plenty of room for the whole family to relax and hang out in their own space. There are games, DVDs, puzzles, and books available for guests to enjoy.
When staying at Double Dip, you are close to many local favorites like Lucky 12, Tortugas, Austin Fish Company, Nags Head Fishing Pier, ice cream shops, coffee shops, as well as many other restaurants and shopping. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

how do you access the beach, what is the path to get from house to beach

The beach is located 420 ft from the property. There is a public beach access North of the property that you would use on East Hollowell Street.
