All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Great Stay
Great place for the price! Close to the beach and stores with nice outdoor cooking, bar, and pool area. Plenty of room to spread out.

Big house full of things to do.
This rental included many forms of entertainment for the whole family. It is in a great location within walking distance to the beach, so we could catch the sunrise each morning. The hot tub and pool table was relaxing and fun. The house is comfortable and had a lot of extras. The kitchen was stocked with so many extras (blender, waffle maker, regular coffee maker and single serve K-cup combined, mixer, extra dishes, pots and pans, and silverware). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect house, Perfect location...
Can't even think of a negative thing to say...the house was perfect! Great bedrooms, living spaces, outdoor spaces, within walking/biking to local restaurants, shopping, grocery store and beach. It was a great location...head one way for Kitty Hawk and Duck and head the other way for Nags Head but it was quiet here with less people and traffic. Neighbors were a mix of locals and renters and they were all nice and the houses weren't all on top of each other which was awesome! Don't hesitate, if it's available, just book it!

Great place for a family of four

This place was perfect for our needs. We are a family of four with two more on the way :-). The house is literally a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. Unfortunately, the weather didnt cooperate enough for us to actually sit on the beach but I guess that’s the gamble you take going in April. House was clean and well-stocked. The only thing I’d mention so that other families are prepared is that there are literally no spices, not even salt and pepper. So if you like to cook while there, be sure to bring your own! Outside of that, everything was perfect.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know of your thoughts on your stay.   We are glad you enjoyed the house.  We apologize that you expected spices at the property on arrival.  We do not include these because most of our guests do not wish to use pre-used spices.   We want to provide you a property that appears to be unused prior to your arrival, and half empty spice blends are a turn off for many of our guests.   Please come back and stay with us again soon.

Won’t Be Disappointed!
This home is in a great location for being between the highways. It’s right across the 4-lane from a grocery store and close to restaurants and stores. Cleanliness was perfect and everything worked as expected. What little issues we had were addressed in a timely manner. Owner has everything decorated so nice and you can tell they really care about their guests and home. If I had to complain about anything, the living room is a tad snug for 10 people to enjoy, but definitely not a deal breaker. Certainly renting again! Thank you!

We are in love with this property but it seems like you have to walk far by road to get to the beach. Do we have to take the road to get there or is there a path?

Answer:

Ocean's Nine West is a wonderful home! You will need to walk on the road to the beach, however it is less than 1/4 mile (1025 feet) so it would not even take 5 minutes to get to the beach!
