This lovely oceanside 4-bedroom duplex will welcome you with a relaxing ambiance, amenities galore, and a beautiful gated community for your family. Located in a circle cul-de-sac with parking for 1 car at the duplex and additional parking in the circle (maximum total cars are 4, no trailers allowed). Evenings in the hot tub will melt away your cares as you rest after a day on the beach with your family. Located in the gated Buck Island Community, the tree-lined streets and manicured grounds will bring a sigh of relief from everyone after the long drive. There are amenities for everyone! There are community tennis courts, a pool close to “Beachin Fun”, a half-court basketball court, and a playground for the little ones. 

If you are looking for a walkable location this is it. You will be walking distance to the Tim Buck II shopping center, restaurants, groceries, movies and family activities. Garage not available.

We are offering both sides of this duplex for rent: BU25A-Beachin Fun A and BU25B-Beachin Fun B if you would like to bring a larger group for twice the fun!

Awesome Vacation
The property was beautifully decorated. Well stocked with dishes and appliances, basically everything that you would have in your own home. This property was pet friendly and cost friendly which was why we booked it as we were able to bring our fur babies with us to enjoy their first trip to the beach. The only issue we had was with the plumbing as we had a busted shower hose and a couple partially clogged drains in the jack and jill bathroom. It was about 7pm when found the issues and contacted the management company and they had someone out the next morning to access the situation and get it resolved. We were overall impressed with the house and the day before we left the home owners sent over a thank you gift for us choosing their home. We are already think of another trip next year and renting both the north and south units if we can get more family to come. Thank you for a great visit as this was my wife and stepson first visit to OBX. were able to bring our furbabies!

Amazing Sunrise Getaway!
I can’t say enough good things about this place! We were 2 families, 9 people total, and we all had so much space and then some. Everything we needed was right there: bed linens, towels, on-site laundry and everything we could want in the kitchen. Our hosts have thought of everything, and they are the most amazing, accommodating, wonderful people. The beach is literally a six minute walk from the unit (close enough to run back to the washroom as needed or grab something you forgot) and literally took my breath away every time we walked there (several times a day!). The sunrises and sunsets are both absolutely incredible and photos of them will be featured on the home screen of my smart phone for years to come. There’s a wonderful grocery store within walking distance (5minutes) with a brewery in between. Quite a wide variety of shopping, restaurants, mini golf, and bumper cars all within walking distance. The beach is worth mentioning again as you can literally walk for miles and miles in the beautiful sand, collecting shells, watching the dolphins swim by in the early morning and the pelicans too. Despite the 14 hour drive., I cannot wait to return!

Fantastic
Keagan and Graham are truly super hosts! The house had absolutely everything you could ever think of available. Crock pots, high end pots and pans, beach chairs, beach game, you name it, they had it! Not to mention they were so attentive to our needs and any little thing we needed they were on it right away! We will definitely be back again!
